Outside the UK no one's ever really heard of Sp**s until like 10 years ago, you ask football fans on mainland Europe the feeling is they're like a football industry plant. Someone tried to gaslight people into thinking they're a big club but it never caught on.

Anyone here with more than superficial knowledge will tell you Villa Everton or Newcastle are historical clubs even if not successful but with big fanbases. Sp**s are just there, defined by being the smelly second club in North London and a 30% chance of being mugged or stabbed on the way to watch Beyonce doing a concert in their shiny sh*tbowl.

Even here in NY, if I see someone in a Spud kit, 90% of the time it's a Korean or Korean-American person who would probably be supporting whatever club Son played at. I've actually never seen any other name on the back of a Spud kit here than Son. I had not seen a single Kane kit in America in my life until he moved to Bayern.
