Special, special talent. Will need to look after him and manage him well. I do think he is good enough to contribute this coming season but in a minor way. Need to protect him well to stop the vultures and hangers-on swooping in. Luckily we have a good group with the likes of Rice to mentor him.

I hate hyping players up especially at 15, but reminds of certain Barca wingers, but with 100% Arsenal blood running through them. Let's keep it that way.

Yeah he's got that Kaka glide past players aesthetic, Messi was/is a bit more robotic/powerful looking in his sprinting.

I liked how the Newcastle players went over to encourage and praise Max after the match. Everyone sees him as an exceptional talent.

Joelinton was probably just doing his player role that Howe got him to do when Dowman came on, straight after I liked how he went straight to Dowman to have a chat & laugh with him. Ruddy did the same thing, definitely good to see.

max dowman very versatile in academy he can play LCM, RCM, RW, even he is very good when play as touchline winger because he has very good dribbling which he showed that against newcastle when he cooked newcastle fullback and got penalty

He kinda reminds me of a more explosive Özil or even Marco Reus. His body type and technique seems more similar to them than Kaka, but he is obviously still growing.
