Arteta In by November

Country: USA

Player:Dowman

Take the 40 seconds we collectively wasted, as a planet, watching Mosquera get booked for taking that throw too slowly. Uefa reckons that 150 million people watch the Champions League final – 40 seconds times 150 million is six billion seconds. This action represented a futile waste of 190 years of precious human life. These billions of wasted seconds are a negative externality of Arteta’s game model.

OMG the article is worse than the headline. This is a gold mine of hate 🤣🤣🤣

I’m picturing the fits they’re gonna throw when we dominate next season and win back to back prems and the ucl double and it’s giving me a hard on. This must be how @Rasmi feels when he types one of his controversial doom and gloom opinions.
This season is over. Let’s hope next step is to move on from the style of wasting time and constantly had to rely on dark arts. Let’s play actual football

these guys act like we the first team in football that play negative football. did these guys ever watched Simeone A.Madrid? Mourinho with Chelsea?
Catenaccio, Swiss Lock, Otto Rehagel's Greece... The list goes on and on
Arsenal plays defensive football and suddenly we are Pulis' Stoke mk2 and ironically, Pulis' Stoke was praised by the same media that is hating us

Are we actually serious? Its English club playing in CL final of course they'll host Arsenal players.

I think its time to switch league we need to go to serie A or la liga not sure if we keep competing and dominating will be okay with these guys

This has spun me as it's pretty standard for British broadcasting (as we are all painfully aware having to sit through Liverpool and City finals over the years).

To be fair it's one journo complaining.

Social media, or the 'banter' from it is just dead. There's no authenticity to it. If it's not the same repeated joke then it's just nonsense desperate to farm numbers.

Even Haaland posting after last night. Like how has he not played himself there? You're on some lads holiday while Gabriel is in a CL final.
What did he post?

Why 'to be fair'? They clearly don't want to be fair to us

I wonder why people are so obsessed with us? I literally couldn't care less what other clubs are doing. All I care about is my club.

At the parade people kept chanting about Tottenham. After the second time I was thinking 'give it a rest now, WTF are we singing about Tottenham during our trophy parade?' 😵

True, just meant context as in it's one questionable opinion. More people tend to agree with Woodsy judging by the likes

"Neglected those who wanted to see the team lose" is actually insane stuff

And yet we have to sit through Carragher and Neville spewing bile about us each week. I've never seen an article criticising that!

I agree with that actually

Ideally you have two sets of commentators on offer, one for supporters/neutral and one to hatewatch on your enemies, which seems to be a popular way to watch football now (maybe because the quality of the game itself has decreased)

A lot of casuals it's the only chant they can sing along to so it always gets backed without fail

After this weekend though, yeah I am good on hearing that for a few years. A lot of fans feel the same, Sp**s were irrelevant to us this season.

These guys forget that our ear bleed every week forcing ourselves watching ex utd and Liverpool players commenting in thier games and rivals but i don't see journalists hate it

When we played best football in europe media call us for being soft and defensively fragile by the way so whatever we do we'll get pointed at

BBC chiming in now with an incredibly disingenuous headline. Reading the article it says the stabbings happened during the evening and the Met said "As the evening progressed and the majority of the crowds made their way home, there was sadly further violence, including gang-related incidents." so basically the stabbings had f*ck all to do with the parade.

The "Arsenal fans are unbearable" crowd showing why they actually don't like us in the replies btw.

Have Tottenham closed the gap on Arsenal?
Last time I checked they were still 4 miles and 11 titles away
