Jose is past it now, just like Wenger was in 2005
There are more bigger clubs now. Back when Wenger got top 4, only City, United and Chelsea spent.
Liverpool were spending more. Sp**s, Everton etc had comparable spending to us. There was one year where Sunderland spent more. Other years where we didn’t sign nobody.
That's one year, Wenger spent more than them most years. Hell, we spent less than Man Utd one year in the 90's, doesn't mean Wenger didn't have a financial advantage over poor SAF which is why sir Ferguson is the greatest of all time
Watch this and learn. Keep your eye on Liverpool, Sp**s, Newcastle, Everton, United, City, Chelsea . . all spending more than Arsenal. There is only one very short period of time where Arsenal out spent United in the whole era, and Wenger capitalised on it. All the rest of the time Wenger was handicapped. This highlights exactly what a genius he was.
Excuses for the specialist in failure. I wish we'd hired Jose and sacked him off in 2004
I know you've seen the truth now. Thanks.
Arsène Wenger's book 'My life in Red & White' will be on sale mid-October. It will be a 300-page book with the attached portrait as the cover [@TheAFCBeII]
FFS man's not coming back till that twerking French midget up front is sold.
More seriously, I wonder who he might be talking about. My first guess is Raul maybe, in terms of ethics and morals they're probably miles apart. In terms of wanting what's best for the club too. Or it could be someone else behind the scenes.
this could be quite good, hope R is for referees
How is A not Arsenal ffs...not even Big Wengz likes the club anymore
Probably had to go for something that would appeal to the wider football audience.
S for Squad cost.
F for **** Barcelona.
D for Dan Smith is a ****ing ****.
M for Martin Taylor is a ****ing ****.
S v.2 for Shawcross is a ****ing **** - although he at least seemed genuinely in remorse about the tackle.
Nah, **** him, still...**** all of Stoke really.
Well,it's not like Arsenal is some pub club
“A” for Argentina is interesting, I mean it’ll be good to see him talk about other stuff than just what we know already.
The quote at the end is sensational.
"Isn't it the part of a champion as well, to fight against what looks to be the destiny, and keep going when everybody else would give in."
