If Emery and Raul bring in Monchi you’ll have a 3 man team at Arsenal who are all on the same page, all have their own departments and duties, and trust each other. Wenger didn’t have that after Dein, because he didn’t want it, and in the end it probably cost him being involved in every aspect of the club.
Now, Monchi can highlight talent, Unai can train them, Raul can network and close deals.

It is infuriating listening to Wenger trying to paint explanations on Ramsey situation and Özil.
It is because of him and Gazidis that fvck it up. There is no way that a player like Özil was worth 100million. Nobody out there besides a Chinese or Arab team would have paid him 350K a week.
The only reason Ramsey has been allowed to leave is due to the fact that we overpaid for Özil.
