Well, read through that list again...Merson and Souness...there is hardly a brain cell among those two. Compare their cerebral activity to someone like Wenger. It is Australopithecus vs Einstein....
At least Australopithecus could walk upright, which is more than Merson could do after his normal 8 pints of lager and 4 lines of coke.

He still lives on Totteridge Lane and his home is worth about 5.5 million at the moment. The high end property market in London is under trumendous pressure at the moment so you may well be better holding off for a while before making an offer.
I'll not raid my piggy bank just yet then

Should be pointed out a fair amount (not all) of these guys grew up in impoverished circumstances and barely have 2 GCSEs to rub together, while Wenger has a masters degree in economics.

Mind you apparently Owen was a good student but is arguably the worst pundit on the face of planet earth.

Wenger should announce his candidacy for FIFA president, would probably beat Infantino without too much lobbying.

If there's anyone who can fix the corruption in football, that's The Boss.
Wenger very much in favour of decentralisation IMO.
Wenger shows too much trust and likes to be hands off.. FIFA needs to move away from delegating everything down to the FA's. Its a complex centralised Vs decentralised issue with little room for maneuvering when 211 confederations are represented and
- most are corrupt.
- there are only 195 sovereign countries but 211 confederations, so any double spending should be investigated with vigour ;-)

Except where his control over Arsenal was involved to be fair. He was a benevolent dictator.
