He’s a star with Soyuncu and Kabak for Turkey. Great generation of defenders.

Tough player, great tackler. Like the look of him.

I’ll take him as my first choice tbh. Not that I have seen too much.

So since Juve purchased him a few months ago, he had 1 Serie A game and is worth double?

Wanted him in the summer on loan when we were being linked with Rugani

Reported price seems to be going up. From the Guardian today -
The word is that Arsenal are keen ......and are prepared to splash £34m on central defender Merih Demiral, who has played just once for Juve this season. The Gunners have sent scouts to Istanbul to watch the 21-year-old in action for Turkey against Iceland on Thursday

Turkey have conceded one goal in their last five games with Demiral and Soyuncu at CB.

You’ll have to pay big to convince a Juventus sale.

Surpised how well Soyuncu has settled in the PL, would have loved him here, transfer fee was around 20£ right?

Those who know, would you say Demiral is on par with Soyuncu, better or worse?

I like what I see of him. Looks aggressive, commited, and good in the tackle and in the air.

Him & Saliba could be like our version of Vidic & Rio.

Looks great from what i have seen of him. When that said, so did Mustafi & co.

Very very average player, bums like Rugani start ahead of him. Bum.

Was he signed before De Ligt?

Juve fans very high on him, but I think his incident on social media with Turkey Syria thing, or whatever it was, ruined his chances to make it there

He’s got Bonnuci and De Ligt in front of him. Most would be on the bench behind those two, especially if you’re 21.

Exactly, De Ligt especially as he came with a high price tag and reputation, Juve do like to stockpile defenders though.

Seems like most of the Juve guys on their forum have been a bit underwhelmed be De Ligt so far, suggesting that he's only keeping his place due to his high price tag.
