Jesus is he gone yet?
WTF is holding him up?
Like he isn't minted beyond beyond belief already.
Probably negotiating the games he doesn't want to play in.

So naive walking into media traps like this. Needs a good PR agent to school him on how to avoid questions like this and stick to what he wants to talk about instead of the interviewer.

If that's really the case, it's a sad indictment of his managerial skills. Neither Arsène nor Unai were into this kind of one-upmanship. Having said that, it was hard to tell what Unai was saying most of the time.It reveals the ego in him more than his ability in term is PR. He is good at avoiding unnecessary questions and has done that consistently. He just could not let this one go for the sake of ego , to shade someone or prove he was right. This is not a quality we need when managing players in the top level.

Wheatley on Twitter is saying its Özil’s agent.
So he's getting one more week of wages. Lol
I went onto his account, can't see thatWheatley on Twitter is saying its Özil’s agent.
I went onto his account, can't see that
He said it as a response to somebody in a Twitter thread.I went onto his account, can't see that
Apart from the last sentence, I agree. But as frustrating to witness as it may be sometimes, it can work for a manager both ways.It reveals the ego in him more than his ability in term is PR. He is good at avoiding unnecessary questions and has done that consistently. He just could not let this one go for the sake of ego , to shade someone or prove he was right. As in it was quite obvious all along who it was. Özil's team is so tactical and PR savvy that I proportion a high % chance of it being them.He said it as a response to somebody in a Twitter thread.
Non-negotiables mate. He truly finished them like he said they would.
