I was happy with everything today except Timber's positioning. More or less every bit of danger Chelsea produced came from them exploiting the fact that Timber was playing as a second striker rather than a LB. Tactically, it's not a net positive and I don't understand why we keep doing it.

I understand that Gabriel is a cheat code and Timber recovers very well but it's risky defensively and really offers nothing in possession because he's not the guy who is going to do something in those spaces. If he was determined to do that on one side of the pitch then it would have made more sense to do it with White and let Timber just play as a regular LB.

We were fine. We played attacking football for the entirety.

Clear to see we need team speed. I can’t think of a team with our ambition that is slower.

Not really here for the nitpicking that a few are doing. I think we’re tackling the season pretty well so far and although we conceded two goals, I still see us coming out on top at home in the 2nd leg.

People can question the signings or whatever but I get the sense they’re really underplaying how impressive it is to be fighting on all fronts with about 4 months remaining - top in Europe, 1st in the PL (6 points clear), one foot in a Carabao Cup final and pretty much in the 5th round of the FA Cup given there are no surprises. Still for some being right matters more than the club succeeding.

Same thoughts. There's a lot to be said, but at the end of the day, is this not the position we would have loved to be in before the season started...? I'm riding the wave. Let's hope it continues.

32 games, 26 wins, 4 draws and 2 losses. Top of the league by 6 points in January, top of the CL table with top 2 99% confirmed, almost in a Carabao Cup Final and still in the race for the FA Cup.

Think he got done for assaulting a woman, I doubt he has any balls to try to do this to Micky.

These Utd players have just embarrassed themselves over the years.
Yeah Paul Scholes is an absolutely pathetic pundit. And that was pathetic by Butt as well. It’s almost like some of them literally live off narratives. Keane Scholes and Butt are narrative peddlers, Neville is a narrative setter and knows it. Abuses it and plays into it.

They’ve genuinely become a clown show over the last years. I think United being a mess and managers constantly coming under pressure due to this lot is also making the fans resent them. They have a weird control over the club and operate like a cartel 😂

But saying that, Liverpool pundits like Carra and Redknapp are also delusional. I think punditry in this country has gone down the drain the last few years and has just turned into fanzone. I blame Sky. Over representing these clubs and departing from unbiased punditry in favour of big opinions. All the clown **** comes from Sky rather than TNT or BBC coverage.

Never seen a fanbase this miserable even though they're top of everything.

Remember how bleak it was during the summer? People were writing Arsenal off and moaning about these players everyday, you'd think we were Man Utd or Chelsea level the way people were going on. I was called a troll for being positive about these players lmao.

They're all so pathetic. Old fake tough guys on blue pills who would turtle up if someone offered them a fight irl.

Absolutely pathetic. Been saying this whole time he’s the weak link. Every season when things get tight his decision making is all over the place

Has a chance to go 9 points clear and benches his starting wingers for two guys who has 1 league goal between them. Zero excuses

Arsenal Quotes

When Patrick Vieira came over from AC Milan, he didn’t know a word of English. We gave him accommodation, phone, car and an English teacher. I talked to Patrick in fluent French and before a game I asked in French, can you speak a bit of English to me? Patrick nodded and replied: Tottenham are shit!
