If the club get this man a proper LW/ST like Isak and a proper midfielder to start next to Rice and Ødegaard, he'll win the league next season.

On the overall campaign what can you really say.

Even if we don't win it, we've made an absolutely massive statement going 5 dubs since Villa, especially with Sp*rs & Yanited away in there, what an accomplishment.

On the Utd game.....well we came away with the win which is all that matters and I praise the defensive solidity, even if we're having an off day we generally defend so well now.

League is very weak
Remember how other team fans, some AMers, pundits like Neville and Carra saying we will fall off this season after our season and we only did well last season because other teams had an off season?

We have gone and improved on that now with 1 more point with a game to go. The process keeps on improving.
Not sure about this? Neville predicted us to win the league at the start of the season. Carragher said 2nd.

If we finished the season like we did last year, then you could consider Arteta's status.

Now? No. We have finished strong in the league this year and advanced to the top 8 in the CL. That is progress. We are a better team than last year.

You don't remove a coach if the team is progressing.

We have progressed this year.

Arteta has become the first Arsenal manager to beat United at Old Trafford by 1-0 with a goal scored in the 20th minute, with 5 shots on target, 7 corners and 18 fouls with a Belgian, a Ghanian and a Norwegian all on the pitch.

Record breaker. :applause:

Serious trolling by some idiots in previous pages.

It was not too long ago, during the banter years, that we would routinely get smashed in big matches: Chelsea 6-nil, Liverpool 5-1, Bayern 10-2,... I am glad those days are gone.

Whatever happens next weekend, we should all be proud how far the team has come. Getting 86 to 89 points is an excellent achievement no matter how you want to look at it.

We actually look on track to break 90 goals scored in a season which is a nice record to add to the list.

Particularly when the stick ythey're using to beat him with is that he's not beating Pep and 115 FC to the title when nobody else is doing that either. United have spent as much as City if not more in the last decade and are the worst they've been in this error. Arteta has had 2 transfer windows befitting a proper club that has title ambitions and he's already going toe to toe with Pep. 2 years ago we were worried about catching Tottenham to be able to get CL football. Instead now we've basically caught City. Backing him has been the right decision.

Gotta love how quick and aggressively Gagan is to defend everyone on the planet, unless they play for Arsenal.

Poetry in motion watching him work sometimes!

Like I said, Neville predicted us for the title. Carragher predicted 2nd.
Did you watch that segment? Neville gave Carra stick for changing his relegation picks at the last second too.
