You're not positive you're deluded, there's a difference. We've done it in multiple games. Arteta outers just constantly have blinkers on. Negative blinkers.

Exactly fact is they have a better squad in recent timesNevermind Leicester, we have to get back ahead of Sp**s again...5 years is enough of that ****!
Not an Arteta fan, but a realist. Arteta set the bar so low with last season’s results, it will be a challenge for him to not do better. Plus, outside of 2 teams, who is really that much better than Arsenal?I get that view.
Fact is last season was a freak with the pandemic that would have been tough for an experienced manager let alone a rookie the 1st 14 games he underachieved big time. In the next 24 he overachieved considerably as it was top 4 level.
The season before he won the fa cup.
I think going through a bad spell and turning it around will benefit him as a manager & hopefully us as a club by sticking with him.
I dont see a strong argument for sacking Arteta & getting Nuno in do you?
Everton expected a real big season last year they have an owner who has pumped in lots of money in & were around the top for the 1st half, fans were giddy thinking they could push for the top and were nailed on for Europe. They had a very well regarded experienced manager decent squad quality and finished below us.
They are dumb af.Arteta stans have no shame
It’s actually disgusting that they finish above us on a regular basis and it’s just normal to us now. Shows how much the people in charge don’t know the culture if the club, that sh*t should be unacceptableNevermind Leicester, we have to get back ahead of Sp**s again...5 years is enough of that ****!
What is Mikel doing with our transfers?
Midfield - We had an unfinished young talent in midfield, but instead of developing him we've frozen him out, got b*gger all for him and bought another unfinished young talent because he might be easier to handle. £15m
CB- We had a young French talent, but we haven't even given him a run. Instead of developing him we've frozen him out and spent money on another possible young talent. £50m
LB- We have a back up LB for Tierney whose come back from loan. He's not the best but he's a serviceable back up. £8m spent on another serviceable back up.
This is just tinkering because Arteta wants payers he thinks his poor man management skills can handle.
He should have just sold some of the 1st team payers nearing the end of their contract or who want to leave like Bellerin, Xhaka or Lacazette and use the £72m to help get better 1st team upgrades in those positions. We've got to be smarter like Liverpool have been.
Not much improvement that’s for sure. At £72m? What a waste. At this rate we're entering the season with probably a worse squad than last season unless something dramatically changes.

No, what’s stupid is spending £72m to replace forgotten players we already have and and are likely no worse. All I can say, is you’d better be right about the £250m.This is a really stupid take. Left back backup was a huge hole in the squad, we've spent peanuts fixing it. We needed to sign two CM's this summer if Xhaka left as Ceballos had also gone. Lokonga is an excellent, astute, young signing. No issues.
Ben White will come in and elevate us offensively, he's a quick progressive passer which is what we sorely lack in Holding, Bellerin and Xhaka hence why we are looking to change those guys.
You're assuming £72M on those 3 is all that we will do. The main positions haven't even been filled yet, but those three were also very important to fill. Quality squad depth is important, so now when we sign that starter CM and right back the quality goes up as well as having good numbers.
Our tets is a control freak!! Needs a good run or will be goneNo, what’s stupid is spending £72m to replace forgotten players we already have and and are likely no worse. All I can say, is you’d better be right about the £250m.
You seem to be in the know. Can you link me to this transfer strategy? All the Club’s done so far is replace 3 players we already had and forgotten about. Not an Arteta fan, but a realist. Surprisingly, the transfer strategy is correct, even if the execution is poor:
Get a real CB, so the CMs don’t have to provide so much cover and can instead get near the attack.
Get a a backup for Tierney for when he is injured.
Get a forward who can finish a cross.
Give “ The Smith” the number 10 and find a suitable replacement for when he is exhausted from being overplayed.
Find someone with more forward intent than Xhaka.
Great. Let’s see if Arteta and Edu can execute. Seems there is no more room for excuses.
Nice attempt at a cop out to save face. Next time when you don't have the requisite intelligence to reply to the substantive points then... just don't. You don't need to post pathetic meta-commentary like to save face but just ultimately makes you look worse. Most of your post is just anti Arteta conjecture with little bearing on the truth. You will get some likes from the Arteta Out brigade on here but its not even worthy of a decent reply.
Xhaka tell the entire Emirates to literally **** off and he thinks his extremely limited abilities are worth integrating back into the team almost instantly. He has cracked the whip on both senior players and young players if he thinks they are disruptive and a bad influence on the dressing room.
Eh? He was a exciting youngsters that showed more than a few flashes of great ability. He was also highly rated by numerous analysts of the game. He was banished from the squad over a stupid incident that has zero bearing on his ability as a player or personality as a teammate. Yeah I would have at least liked him to get one more season at that club, preferably last season instead of going out loan. Instead because of a petty personal vendetta he's been sold for literal peanuts. We're signing a less experienced, rawer, less highly rated youngster from an inferior league for basically double his price. The entire situation has been handled very poorly. You don't conduct business this way, especially not to appease a manager that's showed no reason why he should be appeased. All your post really says is that love douzi and felt he should have been kept lol.
He'd walk into our current midfield. He was a young squad player who lacked braincells.
Had no issues with Emery. Had no issues with his 1st manager at Lorient. Had no issues at the French youth teams. Had no issues with his 1st manager at Hertha and the Hertha DF throughout his time in Germany, in fact he praised him at the end of his loan spell and emphatically said that they'd experienced none of the supposed "attitude issues" he had at Arsenal and that he was a model professional. There is a reason he has issues everywhere.
Is Sambi going to make Arteta become a competent manager and Edu and competent technical director? No? Because that's my issue, not whether Guendouzi is still at the club or not.Hopefully Sambi will make you forget him.
We all know Guendouzi had to go because he wouldn’t get on his knees and suck the life out of his master Arteta.
Interesting thoughts tbh.
