He will leave on his own accord imo. He’s a smart guy, he’ll know it’s over. He’ll also be in huge demand after four seasons runners up and back to back CL semis.

Ive said for years the club won’t can him unless we sink really low, but he’ll go on his own if he can’t get us over the line.

By whom? Clubs who are chomping at the bit to become veteran runners-up?

No clubs worth their salt will want him within touching distance. After Arsenal, he'll have a managerial career more like Pardew than Pep.

It was the first time in years the home fans booed the players after a disappointing result. Can't think of this happening anywhere else for a team in the midst of a title race with six games left. Totally understandable when you've watched your team play well five games out of fifty. What I find more troubling is the number of fans who want to call it quits after this season - even if we win both trophies available. Imagine winning your first major trophy in 22 years and turning your back on the club. There isn't much to smile about. Title races aren't enjoyable; they're stressful affairs, but this season feels worse. I don't come here crack jokes or laugh anymore, I just vent.
Writing is on the wall, we are finishing 2nd again and everyone knows it, this will be a bottle job for the ages.

You conveniently forgot that none of the top clubs or their fanbases will tolerate Teta’s brand of football. Even Atleti fans won’t want him, its that bad.

He's getting it all wrong in terms of injecting the right mentality in our essence of play.

If we are an attacking side like Wenger it's perfect fine to raise the tempo and pressure for the players to perform above their level and push the opposition back with relentless energy.

Our case of Artetaball and DarkArts. We crafted our playing style by being patience, calm and composed. Structured and systematic especially without the ball to frustrate our opponents because they can't do anything but to throw long shots or go wide. We get momentum only from the calmness and stability from our backline then the attackers get composed influenced to perform without any pressure which often we will be more clinical on the end product or wait for our usual set pieces chance.

We seen that the last 3 seasons. Our peak form always run early and same pattern occurs until Feb where we will always drop off and self destruct.

Why so? Because Arteta instead of trying to keep the team together to be calm and play with minimum anxiety he does the opposite. Once there's a bad result, instead of taming the team down he goes mental and ballistic. Always he inject so much pressure to the media to the players to switch up the performance.
That is probably the last thing you want for Artetaball, it practically translate to high tempo, mad rush version of Artetaball, it means excessive hurrying playing side to side and in the backline. Because of increased anxiety of making mistakes you see less risk taking by the attackers to create chances. The unnecessary involvement of him on the touchline has create so much fear to the players making mistakes that it makes us so rigid and became so predictable. Our whole system and structure goes haywire, players do not know when to defend, when to attack and when to counter anymore. It's showing up frequently now every match since 2 months ago. We attack the first 15-20 minutes and the rest of match we just scraped through in a mess.

It's totally not about getting the players to turn up, all of them knows it and want to win it. Everyone in the team is trying hard and too hard perhaps. He has to calm the **** down and get the team calm the **** down and start playing without anxiety like how we always do early season.

He has contract until end of next season there been talks about renewal but what the point of this renewal? Specially if he fail to win us anything you just telling him great job of finishing 2nd and no trophies again you earned 15M a year.

Like you said the club backed him to get into this position he been here for almost 6 years now other big clubs will look to refresh thing's up.

Thr issue if the ownership care about our finances mean Arteta will probably stay because his league finish and potential another CL semi final made our club revenue skyrocket they my worry with this ownership they talk about winning but they also care about finances
No way they keep him if he comes second again. If they do the toxicity aimed against the club will treble and that results in stock dwindling, bad image for the club etc. Also at the end it is the fans who wield the most power

Huh those of us that said it was concerning how we play and how difficult attacking looks for us were laughed at.. couple losses and now suddenly you lot see it too? Open your eyes, this is more than losing a couple games and bottling the league. This manager has ruined our identity, our style of play, if we are honest its maybe worth it once to end the league drought… but I’m not watching this kind of football for another season. If I was a glory hunter I wouldn’t have gone for Arsenal.

Today's open play xG was apparently our second lowest on record in the PL. Not our second lowest under Arteta, our second lowest on record. You're talking about a match against a team we should be blowing away and we couldn't lay a glove on them outside of forcing a pen when we were probably trying to get a corner.

That's what happens when you insist playing possession football against a side that is aggressive and pressing high up the pitch. That's why Raya had 40 + touches In the game.
Regular people, like you and me who don't coach football for a living, saw this coming except for that ball-less bottler on the bench.

We have a coach for everything, assistant coach, set pieces coach, throw in coach, fitness coach, defence coach, a team that analyse every upcoming opponent down to the smallest detail, yet this f*cker has us playing the same way against every side. If Berta and the ownership don't step in now and tell this mug to listen what other people around him are saying then we won't win any trophy.

He’s on full tilt now with these results. If this was a poker game people would literally be fighting one another to have a seat at the table where the chip leader was dumping off his stack making mistake after mistake. This has to be the last chance saloon for Arteta. Show your managerial ability here by turning it around and winning at least one of the 2 pots remaining or gtfo because it’s this season or bust.

That the main reason he shouldn't stay yes we still in great position to compete but the fans next season won't be with team they'll be mentally exhausted specially after this season if ended empty handed after big promise im freaking exhausted and I don't go to games lol. Kroenke will need really consider different approach just to get the fans go again and get the current team to new fresh ideas and approach and who knows maybe it'll work

56. Thats how many minutes Nørgaard has played in the league. In Arteta's defence we often question why someone isn't playing (White) only for the evidence to present itself after a string of games.

But less than a 100 minutes is absurd.
Also, its not like Nørgaard came from some inferior league without any PL experience. Dude was the captain of Brentford who have been performing pretty decent for the past few seasons.

Lack of rotation and burning out of our core players is definitely on Teta.

Zubi especially is cooked, that's who Nørgaard was meant to be covering for. Rice as well, despite being a physical freak is clearly running on fumes.
