So many outers here have to eat their words. From "he'll never finish top 4" to "never winning any trophy", discrediting the FA cup as Emery's team (LOL) to here winning the ****ing PL and a CL final after 2 decades! My manager! Never doubted him.

Congratz to Arteta and the coaching team. It takes bravery to stick with what you believe in even if there is a constant media campaign and even own fans are against you.

It wasnt pretty at times or some fantasy fairytale how we got it done but now its done none of it matters!

We're champions and it's great so let's just enjoy it for a while.

But in a few weeks we need to talk about Arteta creating a dynasty. This can't be the peak of his time here. I want back to back titles, I want domestic dominance for 2-3 years.

He's not everyone's cup of tea but this team is night and day from the one he took over. The culture was rotten, the winning mentality and consistency long gone. With Pep's era ending now, there is a real opportunity here for more sustained glory...

I joined the forum right as he got appointed as the manager after being a lurker for a long time because I had high hopes for him. It wasn't a smooth ride, but the man has delivered. Wasn't a sexy way of doing it and he did get in his own way sometimes, but one thing you can't take away from him is that he made us the best defensive team in the world. It's a big change considering how shambolic we had been for years.

Nobody is more relieved than he is. Hope that we see more of a blend with our attacking game from the past going forward now that the monkey is off his back. I doubt this is what he has in mind as his ideal approach going forward.
