The PL has literally been the best league in the world for years with relegation candidates winning the Europa in Sp**s, winning that competition. In the CL all the PL teams made it to the final stages

Where as with Wenger, we were 3rd best league at best, under Graham probably 5th best league in the world

Arteta won the best league in the world none of our prior managers achieved that
