There going to be working pretty hard under teta. We are so manic bipolar within a single season, it's the best analogy I can up with. How many times do we start playing football that makes you think it's clicked and we are world beaters than within a couple of weeks you think we will never score another goal again. Some might say it's because we are a young side but think it might be more to it than that.

The downturn has tempered expectations for the final weeks of the campaign and offered a reality check on how much progress is still required if they are to compete for the biggest trophies again.
Manager Mikel Arteta is charged with improving Arsenal’s fortunes on the pitch and there is also a rebuilding job occurring behind the scenes as the north London side try to reclaim former glories.

One of the main problems identified in recent times has been the culture and they are now trying to do something about it. The Athletic understands Arsenal have enlisted the help of consultancy firm People-Made to embark upon what sources call a “top-to-bottom cultural review of the club”.
The project — known internally as “The Arsenal Way” — has already begun and aims to hear from staff at all levels of the organisation, identify what has gone wrong and attempt to put things right.
There is an acceptance that many factors Arsenal feel set them apart started to dissipate towards the end of Arsène Wenger’s reign and during Unai Emery’s period at the helm.
Backed at ownership level, this is being led by director Lord Harris, chief executive Vinai Venkatesham and chief commercial officer Juliet Slot. Arteta, technical director Edu and academy boss Per Mertesacker are involved in what they hope will help bring a successful future.
The process kicked off with a “Be Together” forum at the Emirates Stadium and there are smaller sessions — some of which Arteta has attended — focus groups, individual meetings and a survey.
There are groups named after iconic figures, such as “Rocky”, with new images and messaging noticeable around club buildings designed to connect employees with Arsenal’s history and values.
People-Made’s research phase is happening until the summer, when the London-based company will report its findings and assist Arsenal in establishing a “cultural direction” for the years ahead.

This seriously sounds like the propaganda coming out of any good autocratic state. It is a cultural problem. What kind of banter club employs a rookie for our biggest rebuild in 20 years and then keeps them employed after our worst performance in 40 years despite our highest spend ever.

Excellent point - how many players or coaches are there left from previous regimes. Shows these journalists are just spouting what the club gives them verbatim, surely you should have a couple of sentences to point out this fairly obvious point.Especially when most of the team has been changed since our "rotten culture" problems according to their PR.
Ramsdale, White, Tomiyasu, Gabriel (who had only a few months of Emery) Partey Cedric are HIS players.
Willian was HIS player.
Pepe only witnessed a few months of Emery.
Saka and Martinelli are youngsters, Saka doesn't seem to have any issues he's among our best performers, and Martinelli just came from Brazil a couple of years ago.
Lacazette Xhaka are the only player left in the squad that were here under Wenger.
Most player that were brought during Emery's spell, Arteta got rid of them: Guendouzi, Torreira, Luiz, Sokratis. Leno is leaving this summer.
So who is left in this squad that was victim of our rotten culture?
Or even the players Arteta brought have a "culture" issue?
And most importantly, they're trashing the "culture" that made us score 70-80 goals per season, and get CL football most of the time. They're trashing Wenger's legacy just to protect their boy.
