Wait isn’t ACL in your knee? Huh?

Now back to reality. This is better than a dislocation or ligament injury. Those are chronic and definitely will impact you in the back of your mind when you go in for challenge. This should not be chronic and once you regain confidence you have way less of a chance of chronic pain or re-injury.

"a dislocated ACL MCL in my collarbone bone" this forum is already legally disabled yet every post you type manages to make everyone here dumber still.
Man we are old, after 30s you learn to live with pain after doing any kind of exercise.

Its why i only do low impact exercises now. Walking, exercise bike, and water rowing machine. My most physical workout and it can get kind of crazy is playing tug of war with my big labradoodle she is psycho when it comes to fetch and tug of war. If i hold on to the toy too long she straight tries to go through me 4 footed challenge with full commitment. I wish footballers would go into a 50/50 for the ball the way she battles.

Tell that to the young people of today, and they won't believe you.

I could walk a few days after i spiral fractured my fibula, stairs or patchy surface no way but just walking yes. No joke i broke my wrist and tore my hammie and calf as well playing sports. But the pain of fractured fibula was a whole other level excruciating. No joke aftrewards i fear the pain of death less.

Doctor said the break went all the way around the bone like a candy cane a little more pressure a bone might of shot out my leg and i would have needed screws. Built different than social media age cakeboys. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Fibula is one of the most sensible parts of the body. Everyone that played football know how facking hurt a hit there. I can't imagine breaking it.

Arsenal Quotes

What does Arsenal mean? It means class. The structure of the Club, everything has a classy feel about it. It isn't always about success, there is more than that and this is what makes it a cut above the rest.
