Give him a break! He knows his job, is always positive and works hard. For a squad player and someone who shouldn't start week in and week out I think he is perfect. Plus not on huge wages. Need more of his attitude in the club. Of course we could and should improve on him, but he definitely isn't one of our problems.

The sideways training is funny though. Practice makes perfect!
