Okay Mudryk pretty early for that.

There is zero subtly when it comes to Mudryk. He’s basically a TikToker who just happens to play football on the side. Every little thing this guy does he has to document it on his social media. I’ll put money down that Mudyrk will livestream his medical or celebration when it comes to us. I said here first.

I think Mudryk is a massive talent, but I'm not expecting him to immediately start for us and I think him coming off the bench could be perfect for him.

Subbing on someone this fast with incredible acceleration after Martinelli has run a defender ragged for 60 minutes could be perfect. Mudryk vs. defenders with tired legs could help him have an immediate impact for us.

Think this will be a great signing. He has real pace which is so dangerous in this league.

You see Sancho and Anthony and both have skill but cannot really motor past wing backs so are always cutting in making them less effective. Kinda play like Hazard without pace.

Also, he appears to be full of confidence unlike our last big winger signing!

This kid probably is great he has Robben speed but we just don’t need a winger as bad as we need a CM. Who is a better back up ESR or Mo?

Ps ESR says he is fit again by the way the medical people are not weeks or months from clearing him to play

Mo for that role.
ESR is a big moments player. But doesn’t have the work rate or ball winning to control the tempo of the game like Elneny can (even though Elneny plays it too safe usually)

Wow, ESR is dog sh.t then. Mo is a horrendous drop off from Partey. We are a totally different side when partey isn’t playing

Pace can be neutralised but it’s very hard to contain acceleration. PL defenders do not want to be having to speed up and slow down when jockeying a winger.
Well put. Players who are quick over long distances but take a while to get going are fairly stoppable if you're organised enough and manage the spaces. Acceleration however is deadly. Saka doesn't have game-breaking speed but his ability to accelerate once he's created an opening is frightening. Martinelli is similar - not quite as skilled a dribbler but has both the pace and acceleration to get away from people once the opening has been created. Arteta clearly clocks this with Mudryk, and while I was initially not as impressed as everyone else is by Mudryk, I've actually slowly come to favour this move (not as much as I'd like us to sign Leao but Leao plays for the champions in Italy, that's a hard move to stick).

😁 He seems to get deals done ok in the summer when the BBQs are fired up. Maybe he needs a different approach in the winter months /when dealing with clubs from colder climates🤔
Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesús, honestly, signed because of Arteta previous work as assistant in City. Wouldn't be that easy without that previous relationship between them. Who has signed him? Lokonga, Tomiyasu, Vieira and Ramsdale? Not hard deals in my opinion.

The perfect description of Alexis Sánchez, he wasn't top speed player but god that acceleration in short spaces destroyed players for fun.

Arsenal Quotes

Thierry Henry was very quick at analysing everything that was going on and how he needed to react. This intelligence, this capacity to evaluate, understand and question oneself, is also the mark of great players... For everyone, for the fans and for us, he symbolised the golden age of Arsenal.
