Proper assured game, and a brilliant pass into Sterling's path that shows exactly how incisive he can be from deeper areas. Exact type of player we need in the squad and, like Nwaneri, should be aiming for a lot more first team minutes in the near future.

Not sure if you can blame him. Our defenders were all attacking because we got cocky so we had only Jorginho alone defending.

He both probably should be and has to be because we will be busy filling in some other roles. We showed in the summer we do our business consecutively rather than concurrently which is loooong and don't have time to do it all (no summer tournament might help though).

Championship clubs don't tend to give many minutes to teenagers, so far this season only 4 players u20 have started every game.

The trend says he is. He was used as one in pre-season as well as his two appearances for the U21's and the first team so far.
