It's more that sometimes there's a link every 3 days and this way people can keep the conversation going for a little longer.

If the links dry out, it's of course getting closed.

Idiotic bumps are still going to get punished.

This is just a step into getting people doing that thing called "thinking" before bumping something.

Think of it like the banned sources list, it's more of a guide than an exhaustive roll of fake itks.
