Since he did f*ck all at Arsenal except dribble past VVD here's how good he was. 💄

It seems he will leave. New winger incoming  or Marquinhos and F.Vieira will replace him

How can we loan a player like Pépé ? Someone need to stop this trend at the club.

Pépé is 27 in his prime with 2 years left. You can't loan out a player of this caliber. That sets a crazy precedent. Aubameyang's loan deal was crazy enough but at least he was 32.

Either keep him as backup for Saka or sell him. And you can't make it that obvious you don't want the player and expect to sell him. Mikel and Edu need to completely change their approach.

A club like Liverpool or City would have got at minimum 50M for Auba and Pépé but we will struggle to get 5M for the two comined, somehow.

It's for the best for all parties, Pepe was never seeing day light no matter how tired Saka's legs are or how much the team needed another body or something different.

Arteta couldn't even refer to him by name when asked about him in the presser he hates his guts, just get the guy out ASAP.

Edteta will be made to face the consequences of their dealings sooner or later anyways.

Mikel has way too much control. The losses on Pépé, Aubameyang, Guendouzi will be huge just because of his ego and unwillingness to compromise on his famous "non-negociables" so the club can get more money.

Even if you want a player gone, you don't have to exclude/ban him completely and destroy his value for the club.

Clearly Edu and Richard understood that with Auba', in the doc' they clearly said the best option was to let him finish the season but Mikel had the last word so the club had to pay for him to leave instead of potentially making 20M few months later.

Sp**s & Chelsea are doing exactly the same with their big money buys.

Liverpool & City wouldn't have bought Auba & Pepe in the first place, so its a moot point.

How are wolves getting £35M for a player next to no one has even seen play but we can't get a fee for Pepe? I get he's on big wages, but he's not Willian, FFS. - he'll still be a top player in the right setup.

Gibbs-White is a young homegrown player Wolves didn’t want to sell, Pepe has been ostracised for nearly two years.

The alternative is if we secure CL football those losses get covered, we've a much lower wage bill and the club is in an improved position to pay for players to move us forward.

Obviously assuming we get CL football. And as Macho rightly points out when talking about tallying up signings you don't like and ignoring ones you do. Gabriel, Tomiyasu, Ødegaard - the improvements in Martinelli, Saka - the signing of Jesus and Zinchenko.

With anything the proof will be in the final result.

On topic Pepe is dusted here. If we can free up space, hopefully with a purchase clause of some sorts, it'll be a positive step forward.
