Are you kidding ? Van der Sar's distribution is second to none. No goalkeeper in the world, is more able than the Dutchman to start a quick counter attack.

Nope, not kidding, Valdes is much better, as is Reina. VDS is up there though, Casillas is good as well.

Alan Smith's ex who is tearing him to shreds on twitter and revealing every bit of info she has, says the Enrique to Liverpool deal is done and Konchesky will go to Newcastle.

Obviously not concrete evidence but that move seems to be almost inevitable at this stage given how many have reported it.

How ****ing brilliant is that? A quality deep lying playmaker was available within our price range, and we had no intention whatsoever of competing for him. **** off. That's Khedira, Özil and now Sahin who we could've benefited from, that have been picked up easily by Real Madrid. The money argument dies a dogs death in transactions like this when good players leave for pennies.

People seem to forget that 9 times out of 10 once Madrid show their interest in a player that there is little point competing as it is arguably the most attractive club in the world for a player to join. Sahin is a quality player but I agree that with Wilshere and Ramsey here he's not a necessity for us.
