How is 40m too high? He’s young, and the way ball playing keepers are crucial these days, 40m is probably minimum.

What worries me is Liverpool going after Moussa Diaby, as that is what I expect them to be doing. You know they move fast, and they need to think about replacing Salah. Moussa is that player IMO.

Diaby is very close to Salah, and will shine in their system.

But he won’t be a danger in transition unless he plays? And he won’t displace neither Martinelli nor Saka. So he’ll be cover and a bench option to use if we need to switch things up. Though if we’re chasing we won’t sub Saka, and even if we did we’d most certainly be camped out in the opponents half and then the space to really use his pace wouldn’t exist.
Not saying he’s a bad option, mind. Just that I don’t think we desperately need him
