I don't think that he is scumbag.
Friends who follow Juventus spoke highly of him, that he is always very professional.
Whenever I watched him in Juventus, he was never bad, he was either ok-ish, or good, sometimes very good.
And when I watched him for France, he was always very good.
I wouldn't object to see him in Arsenal, especially now when Merino is injured.
He carries bad reputation because of his mother (she is his agent), apparently she is pain in the ass.

Hmmm...I wouldn't say he's overrated yet - it's more that he stands out because he's unique. Not many English players with his particular skillset.

and how many English Rabiot's can you name? Think he even almost got an England call up because of this, right now it's Rice and ??.

True. England has sh1t central midfield. I do rate him higher than Rice who is basically Orel Mangala with great PR. If Rice reaches Lassana Diarra level we will be lucky
