They could do with him tbf

Napoli will bid and someone will out muscle them again

I'm not sure there is much excitement in joining Napoli from a bigger club or even as a sideways move which I imagine Inter is, there just playing for second place in Italy.

If Icardi can't get a move to Juve he should look be looking abroad.

Just found out Valencia bough Cillessen for 35M from Barca.
Wft, the guy is 30 and he has played 400 minutes in the last 3 years.
Neto went the other way, it was more of a swap of goalkeepers (barca got the better deal still).

Wenger predicted this a few years ago.

The PL money means that clubs are gonna demand ridiculous fees for players and it’s going to start being a lot more normal to see guys run down contracts.

Zaha and his agent are probably now realising that 20kpw pay rise wasn’t worth it. It’s cost him a £40M Arsenal contract.

I imagine he is also missing out on sponsorship deals that dont come to the table whilst being at Palace, if he signed for Arsenal for a high fee new sponsors would have been all over him, he is a marketable guy but must be limited at Palace.

Theres also player bonuses which he wont get ie EL & CL and even domestic.

He's still a pro earning a fortune at the club he knows but he must be gutted and kinda worried that his career may end at Palace which if they dont get relegated next year could be a strong possibility if Palace dont lower that valuation.
