They'll cave. They need the money.

The same will happen to Barcelona, they need to get deals across the line and will get desperate because of registering Messi.
Yes Manutd doesn't seem have problem paying 50M don't know why Perez now asking 60M they not in position to be greedy.

Its fairly likely Kounde would replace him and he would cost a bomb. Might be worth keeping him on a new deal.

Yes it's not really about under value maybe we just overrate our players and they not actually that good? but still Liverpool players like Guric and Wilson are not that good either.
We massively overate our players.

Grujic and Wilson have commanded decent fees because they have proven themselves to a certain level over a decent period of time. Grujic has been a first team regular for Cardiff, Hertha and Porto making nearly 100 appearances over the last four seasons and has 12 international caps. Wilson has had two solid seasons in the Championship and one in the Premier League over the last three seasons and has 29 international caps.

Compare to Nelson with no loans, no international caps, just a handful of subs appearances and starts against farmers in the Europa League, Nketiah hasn't done much more either. AMN and Willock are more proven but even with them question marks persist, what is AMN's best position? Was Willocks scoring streak just a fluke or can he do it consistently?

Grujic and Wilson are far safer bets to their respective buyers than any of our fringe players would be.

It's because they're good at selling them and we're not. It's called being well run.

Yeah, there's a weird notion that Liverpool pay their players peanuts, but they've had a top 3 highest wage bill the last few years and top 5 at worst going back further. They sold Benteke for £30m+ despite him being a flop and on £140k/w. Sakho was on 85k/w and on a ban, they still sold him for £25m+. Lovren was a benchwarmer and on 100k/w, they sold him for 10m+ etc etc.
They are just very good at what they do.

Looking with my Arsenal tinted glasses for a moment, but I do believe that's partly because they're Liverpool.

Most of the pundits and media are very pro Liverpool, seeing as most of the pundits played for them.

It ends up adding up.

To be completely honest we never hear about United or Sp**s getting similar deals.

Chelsea and City operate a bit differently as they just hoard a bunch of highly rated talent from other academies.

It just irks me that Arsenal apparently has one of the best academies in the country and it ends up not carrying any weight when it's time to sell.

And what about Rhian Brewster?

And what about Rhian Brewster?

Was banging in the goals when he was on loan at Swansea and got a mediocre side into the playoffs.

Always a premium for strikers especially those who’ve shown they can score.

Willock was arguably the best performing CM in the second half of last season the PL. But apparently AM thinks he's not 20m.

We've had Mavro on loan for a few seasons now, but we're struggling to get suitors who will offer decent fee for him.

Rhian Brewster was a big gamble from Sheff United and one that so far hasn't paid off. He did score 10 goals in 20 games on loan for Swansea but like Willock I don't think 1/2 a decent on loan warranted what Sheff United paid for him.

not sure if that trolling or lie if he reject us 3 times why the media keep linking us with him lol.
of course we are not interested anymore if Locatelli clearly said no.

but it's an easy job for media and twitter to milking this topic to get more attention.

Could be Juve trying to bring down the asking price, constantly reminding everyone that the player only wants one destination.

Must be a pain in the ass for clubs when its so public the player wants to leave to a certain club.
