:p nobody wants him

Everyone laughs at Kane for staying at spuds so long and not winning anything, which is very tbf, but flip it round, gotta give spuds huge credit for holding onto him for so long. World class homegrown player and they could feasibly get him to stay his whole career, despite them not winning anything or being a top tier club.

Arsenal have never actually managed to hold onto a world class player their whole career in the modern era, not since Adams really.

Saka is our closest comparison right now, and although he isn’t in the same bracket as Kane yet, and although Arsenal is historically bigger than spuds, I’d say most Arsenal fans deep down sort of expect him to leave at some point? Just because that’s the sort of club we’ve been for the last two decades.

Wait it's coming, midway through next season "it'll be a miracle if Arteta gets us into the Uefa Conference League"

Midway through the season?

Around July/August we'll have next season's predictions coming in. I expect Villa, Wolves, West Ham, Sp**s, United, Leicester to all be over their blip season.

Tricky Micky is going to be exposed for the fraud he is.

I've thought this more than a few times. Think back to all those players we've lost in their prime over the years. It didn't end up hurting us particularly as a team, but one of the most painful ones for me personally (apart from the obvious RVP, Henry etc) was the deal where we sold Marc Overmars. He was absolutely electric, loved that guy.

Or you could flip that argument again and say that all our players left because they had serious ambitions and wanted to win as much as they could in their career.
Fair play to Sp**s for holding onto him. However, you've got to seriously question Kanes ambitions when he's 29 this summer and hasn't a trophy to his name, despite being considered the best striker in the country. It just reeks of wanting to be the big fish in the small pond.

I think with the money the Toon has available they will be bringing in some class. (which is not good news for us)
For rest of league they new man city but thier raise might be bit slower because there many good teams in league. If villa who aren't as rich Newcastle can have up to 100m window Newcastle can easily double that but depend on players they buy

There were strong talks with barca but that cooled long time ago.

Also reported fee is 30M€ this is steal. Now bayern hurry up and sell us serge
Salah is 100% staying then. I can't see how Liverpool would sell both players go in one window. Looks like we will see a report of Salah getting 400k p.w soon. But this is smart from Liverpool, moving on one of them as both are closing to their 30ish.
