As for Everton, surely it looks very bleak if they sell Gordon. He was looking like their most electric player in the attack.

They would need to invest the rest of their Richarlison money + Gordon money wisely to stay up. Their attack is utter trash right now, not even relegation quality as there’s questions marks over DCLs fitness long term.

I'm honestly unsure why there aren't offers out there. He doesn't fit in a possession total football team very well but in a midling team that hits teams on counters he'll easily bring in 15-20 goal contributions.

It’s just another transfer which has flop written all over it. Martinez, Rabiot and Cunha for well over 100m is ****ing horrendous as a window. It’s Man United but I wouldn’t even be overly impressed with that as an Everton fan.

Would genuinely rather sign Rice for 100m over Martinez and Cunha for that amount.
