Aston Villa have rich owners right? Could see Grealish to City and replaced by Isco.

But wouldn't Villa have even more power without that clause?
Yes but thats so much money I don't think it really makes a difference to them. £100M is there and about the maximum value they would realistically be able to extract from Grealish unless he comes an elite player.

Grealish will be just about 26 by the time the season starts next year. Will be interesting if any of the Manchester teams or Chelsea would be willing to break the £100M for him after a Covid financial year. When Utd were talking about £100M for Sancho it was partly because he was 20. City haven't spent over £65M yet either.

This guy used to make my blood boil jesus christ. People try talk him up as well, it's a joke.

Almost a decade of Giroud and Lacazette, just want Arsenal to go back to having a proper top class striker at 9 but those days are gone :(

Are release clauses binding in England? If one actually exists of course. If so, then this just means that the bidding starts at 100m. If they are not then Villa would have more power without the clause, as then they would have more room to name their price.

But I could be dead wrong

Another stupid transfer for psg yes its the goat Messi but does this team ever think about long term?
Not really. They want the CL desperately and there's not really any other player they could sign better suited to help them win it. He doesn't even need to score. He might put up 40 assists with Neymar and Mbappe ahead of him.
