He has performed on average better than Saka for the past 3 months, let's be honest.

But he is such a poor signing for 52m, evidently from the fact that Arteta don't even want to play him over an extremely inconsistent Saka most of the time. The argument that we really needed an overpriced winger so that Saka can be rotated and start lesser games is truly dead in the water. Nwaneri could have done the job of a super sub.

We really should be starting Noni from now onwards and shift Saka to either centrally or left wing to rotate with Eze. Bin Martinelli and Trossard from starting lineups.
Noni has very likely taken more minutes off Saka than all our backups since 2020 combined.

Actually thought he was better on LW than he has been. But still did look best once he was on the right again. Overall a positive game from him imo.
yep I don't even rate this signing but his LW game today wasn't bad. He did have some good actions, one decent cut back to Zubi whose shot got blocked. Wouldn't mind playing him there again but swapping with saka in game now and then

I didn't see the game people says he got kicked in face. Did he landed awkwardly?

He had knee issue early this season and was out for like two months. If its similar injury is season done and probably also won't play for England in world cup

Seems like he's done for the season thanks to... a friendly, amazing stuff really

Sending Nwaneri on loan looks like it came back to bite us.
When we sent ethan on loan we had Merino Ode and Eze all fit also kai was coming back from injury its not bad decisions but of course our luck starting to go downhill with injuries if Noni injury serious we probably gonna use dowman more or god help us Martinelli or Jesus as RW to give Saka some rest

Yes but this is Arsenal. Notice how we made sure we bought enough defenders to always have some available.

Facts, I don’t really see an issue if we kept him around for another 6 months or so - enough games to go around too as we were battling on all four fronts. Not sure what a mid season loan would have done him unless we were looking to get rid in the summer which I’m against.

True not sure if we have recall option but we i don't think we can recall him or we'd want to even if noni is out for long period

Yeah we don't unfortunately. No way to bring him back for the run in. Gotta hope Saka stays fit and Dowman can give us some minutes once a week. Otherwise we could be in for Martinelli or Havertz at RW.

I started clapping myself... until I realised that I was Sunderland's manager.
