I honestly don't think I've ever seen an Arsenal player celebrated so much who produced literally nothing. He had 6 games, and scored nothing & assisted nothing.

He literally had to be hooked off multiple times when we were losing or chasing games precisely because he was producing no end product.

It's because we're starving for true football, any small action like Madueke dribbling successfully is seen with good eyes.

Same is happening with Eze and Gyokeres to a lesser extent, we're desperate for our attack to stop being Artetaball.

Doesn’t Rate Any Of Our Attackers
Sorry but buying a young winger who starts well in the first month and then gets injured is just peak Arsenal lol.

Thing about Madueke is you don't have to guess what position he plays. He is not a tweener, he is an out and out winger. Pretty rare in modern football. Always direct and trying to make things happen
I want another one for the LW. They don’t have to be the finished article but the talent level needs to be high.

Any signings going forwards should be hale end level technicians at the minimum.

Someone who is really good one v one, who has good movement off the ball, especially when it comes to timing runs and can cross pretty well will be a huge boost to the left side of the attack.

Yeah I don't want to panic needlessly but I'm expecting heartbreak here.

Keep forgetting we also have this guy waiting to cook. Was easily one of our best attackers before he picked up his injury and it's a shame he's been unavailable. We don't have any other profile like his in this team.
Bringing on him, martinelli and havertz at 70 minutes would really be amazing and make opposition teams hearts sink

Arsenal Quotes

The coach's role is to make the player understand everything that serves the interest of the game. To do this he must speak to the child within each player, to the adolescent he was and the adult he is now. Too often a coach tends only to speak to the adult, issuing commands for performance, for victory, for reflection, to the detriment of the child who is playing for pleasure, living in the present.
