Happy to hear that ex Nottingham Forest defender, Stuart Pearce, is recovering. He was taken ill on a flight back to the UK, from America.

Nope there was a Kiwi that played for Werder Bremen as CB early nineties.
You're referring to Wynton Ryfer, who was a Forward. Voted Oceania player of the century and quotes around at the time he would have made german squad if not a kiwi.

Unfortunately for Forest it probably means they are going to be attacked in Sky coverage to a greater extent going forward. Difficult to take on the media.
