I don't think Nuno is ever going to reach the desired level to play for this club. He just lacks certain basic traits that you can't teach, the main one being positional awareness

Atalanta have made some decent cash on wing backs like Conti, Castagne and Gosens in recent years. I'm sure Maehle will be the next one.
Maybe this could actually be a good loan in terms of pushing up his value, especially under a good attacking coach like Gasperini.
