Surely West Ham can sue Paqueta. I know he may have an addiction but iirc, Mutu was banned for taking drugs and Chelsea went after him. I'd certainly want an entire seasons wages, agents fee and a lump sum out of any player that did Arsenal dirty. It's always the half decent players who do this too
