The thing is, he does this almost every game, so these clips don't really make much sense. He's always been doing head scratching tackles since he arrived in like 80% of his games.

I don't think the FA would charge someone unless they had good evidence so he's probably guilty, but these clips don't really show much. You can find similar clips from games he wasn't charged for, plenty of them in fact.
