He’s 34, I’m guessing it’s more for his leadership qualities.

Was for a long time bashed by this place when it was clear he was the biggest leader anywhere he’s ever been.
The way the sport is going he'd fix the midfield too.

No team is attempting to play something as complex like Wengerball where he would be again a liability.

I mean.... Back to back champions league trophies and an elite manager.

You can hate their sportswashing and state backed funding all you want, but you can't fault players for wanting to go there given their style of play and current results.

Yeah my gripe was with the term "project" when we're talking about a state funded super club.

Top coach + infrastructure, can't deny that.

Doesn’t Rate Any Of Our Attackers
At least it’s not Liverpool then. It’s a shame but that’s fine.

PSG probably one of the few clubs with a stronger pull, French speaker as well. It is what it is. Kid is the future though, their recruitment know what they’re looking at when it comes to attackers.

Where does he even play there though, it’s not fair 😭

Probably explains why we never got linked, this has probably been agreed for months.
Liverpool had a bid rejected just a week or so ago no?

Seems like PSG responded to that and this verbal commitment is a more recent event.

I’m not as scared of Barcola playing for a rival as I was about Diomande realising his potential at a rival tbh.

I like Barcola but a rich man’s Noni isn’t enough to make us worry I think. There’s a chance he could regain his momentum and become the heir to Mbappe that he was supposed to be but what can you do? 🤷🏾‍♂️

Doesn't really matter. They may not have known and maybe Berta did through contacts or maybe he even had an inkling.

I don’t think it has to have been in the works when you’re a team as big as PSG.

We’ve seen how weeks of groundwork means f all if a bigger draw comes in. Happens all the time, Liverpool do it to Newcastle yearly

Diomande situation makes sense now. That state ran money hits diff 😭
