Pleased so far. He took the ball in the LB position and but for a shove by Arnautovic, would likely have been bearing down on goal. Deceptively quick and with good vision and touches. Bergkamp was Rioch's parting gift. I hope Auba is Wenger's.

But what set Aubameyang apart is his decision making, off the ball movements, football brain, skills, flair, first touch, dribbling, consistency, teamwork...

Was very poor today. Couldn’t get out of United’s Swede CB’s pocket. Possibly his worst Arsenal game till now.

He didn't get many touches and just didn't connect with the midfield. Would have been a different game if he actually had some good service. All game he kept making good moves, but the through ball just wasn't on.
His movement today was non-existent
Our strikers get no service these days under Wenger. His style has become so lost and deformed its actually sad. We very rarely make a lot of chances anymore
He got really good chance at 1st half surprised by his soft header. He was isolated and when took Nelson mkhi off he became forgotten man. That's all the game he should use to get settled in PL.

He's put up fantastic numbers for us thus far. As many have already said, the EL rule (and Mkhi injury) screwed us over big time.
Can't wait to see what he can produce next year though! Our attack is looking very good, even though I'd like a winger signing added in there.
