All rise. One win closer and maybe even the one that clinches it if we win here. :eyess:

Only change I would make is bring in Mosq for the injured Ben White. Think we could have Merino on the bench. Need to up the GD is possible.

I have to bring this title home for everyone.

It has to be the league. Fa cup, even guys like eth, glasner did it.

Yeah but only Klopp has done it in the league in basically a decade, and Slot with essentially Klopp's team and a worldie Salah season. Its a difficult achievement.

Too many people on this forum have football PTSD and balls of plastic. “Oh, Newcastle will be the toughest game", we won. “Oh, Fulham away will decide the title”, we smashed them 4-0. “Oh, we’re definitely dropping points against West Ham”, we won that too. Have some faith in the team ffs.

Yes, offensively it was not great yesterday, but we still had complete control of the game. CP are not going to go 120% with a cup final three days later in mind, even if they are pressure to start with their strongest lineup. Their priority is winning the cup, not taking three points off us.

I've seen quite a few Palace fans online basically begging Glasner to prioritise Palace and play a weakened side vs us and I think that's exactly what he'll do. Bro should have no loyalty to us or City, he's Palace manager.

Performance was fine, nothing to start a headloss over. Could've been more but the win was never in doubt.

Disappointing not to pump a few goals though. Emery will spread for City but would've relieved some pressure knowing that we don't immediately drop to second should they score before us.

(Assuming they take all three tonight of course)

We had Trossard, Ode, Eze and Saka chances on top of legit penalty claim. Yet we only managed one goal.

I thing while our slow and calculated approach to games has it benefits it also kinda double edged sword. It feels our players tend to be to relaxed when in final third. Need to improve there.

GD will always going to be in city favours they much better also its better for us go at palace looking to win and not settle for draw

Flemming is such a caveman... he's trying to get a spot in the world cup squad but what the hell was that lol. Just trying to injure players

Also said in the interview before the game that he'd love to spoil the party at the Emirates
You're from NL. You know how these cvnts can move.
Played some tournaments in NL and for some reason Dutch players kept tackling and trying to injure players every single time.

Well last night was hardly a thriller, & although the Burnley side played well, we still managed to beat it, even if at times we were bad. We lacked a bit of attacking flair, although Trossard was quite dangerous. Luckily Kai stayed on the pitch, if he'd been sent off, we woulda been in a real jam.

Onto Palace, hopefully the lads really wanna be startin' something & will have a don't stop til you get enough attitude. Will you be there ?

Glasner being pressured by media but he already lost Richard with injury against Brentford and he regular starter and now he doubtful for conference final he'll limit his starters to 20 minute totally expecting Sarr Wharton Mateta to start from bench maybe Kamada too.

I mean even if they start thier best team Arsenal should still win

Still haven’t recovered from the stress. Man this club will give me all sorts of chronic diseases.

Really hope Bournemouth do us solid. I can’t take last game stress. I am not even sure the team would handle such enormous pressure.

I’m more of an emotional eater. Ended up destroying two bags of chips yesterday and went to bed nauseous.

On reflection, I think Arteta made a mistake in starting Kai, even though he scored and generally played well. I think Gyok's presence in the box especially in the first half would have resulted in another goal.

Absolutely

He also took too long to bring him on. He was perfect for this game.

This is why Patrick had them in a relegation scrap wasting Eze and Olise and Glasner has them potentially winning 2 trophies in 2 years. Great players don't always have great appraisals of talent. Desailly had to apologize for being wrong about Saliba.

There's a very weird thing going on with these past French players not having any of Saliba - Desailly, PV4, Gallas, even Deschamps was talking rubbish about Saliba before Wilo became so good it shut him up.
