  • Arsenal have conceded the first goal in their last five Premier League encounters. They’ve never conceded first in six consecutive matches in the competition.
  • Gabriel Martinelli scored on his first Premier League start for Arsenal against West Ham. Only three players have scored on their first two Premier League starts in the competition for the Gunners - Ian Wright, Davor Suker and Alex Iwobi.
  • Man City have won their last two Premier League trips to Arsenal, more than they had in their previous 32 top-flight visits to Emirates Stadium or Highbury.
  • City could become the first team to win three consecutive top-flight matches at Arsenal since West Ham did so between 1991 and 1995.
Team News
Arsenal: Holding, Tierney, Xhaka & Ceballos out; Pepe & Bellerin to be assessed
Man City: Stones, Laporte, Sane & Aguero out; Ederson & David Silva could return

Can't afford playing Özil in this.

Leno
Niles Chambers Sokratis Kolasinac
Torreira Luiz Guendouzi
Pepe Auba Martinelli

I think Pepe will play, and we will need him. Xhaka is out and I'm not expecting Bellerin back so I'm thinking:

Leno
AMN - Chambers - Sokratis - Kolasinac
Torreira - Guendouzi
Pepe - Özil - Martinelli
Aubameyang

We'll lose though, our defence isn't good enough and our midfield isn't balanced. No other combination would do better though, as Willock isn't ready.

Man City aren't too solid @ the back, either

Going by recent form, Özil tops all the names you mentioned. Lol @ Xhaka as well

I'm thinking about the team i believe will most likely get us a point here. Özil against top english teams? Cash me outside n forgetaboutiiid

Pepe is our only hope. He needs to press hard and dribble the **** out of the opposition, draw several players and hopefully Lacaz brain and Aubas nack for goals can deliver.

That's, like, your opinion, man.

Hopefully we've got Pepe in for this, midfield looks very weak, though.

Matteo has been in one of those young player slumps and Willock hasn't been better either.
