I think Arteta will give Nelson the nod over Pepe, and persist with Lacazette up front.

Wasn’t Soares supposed to be back by now?

Think this will be a bit tough actually, Newcastle like us are sh*te going forwards but are extremely well drilled defensively.

The game against Olympiakos four days later should be the priority if Arteta is thinking of rotation, but a win here would probably go a long way towards guaranteeing we stay in the PL for next year.

...wonder what would happen to Ashley, if he ever got into a Newcastle away end now

Also...if @GDeep™ was at this match, you know he would be the one Arsenal fan, amongst the sea of boos, giving Barton a standing ovation as he came onto the pitch.

...Jermaine Jenas showing us that winners mentality that he would bring to Sp**s, giving away a pen for a completely needless handball!

Should also post highlights from last season's match tbh, it was literally the last good PL performance under Emery.

My favourite match of last season was us desperately clinging on for dear life, in our 1-0 win away at Watford, even though they had 10 men for like 75 minutes or so...with how funny that game was, and how lucky Auba's winner was...I was convinced we were getting top four after it

We actually looked pretty good up to that Newcastle match last year, wheels started to fall off immediately after that though.

Hope we see Mari on Sunday, Arteta has been praising him and talking about the importance of a left footer at the back.

Happy days when we winning against these teams 3-0 4-0 at Emirates.

Just hope we move the ball quick, if we take to many touches before making the passes and play at a slow tempo this will be a boring watch as newcastle will set up to defend and just hope they can get a break

I've gone for a win but it depends on Arteta's team selection. If he sticks to the same old same old, then it could be another draw.
