Hopefully they start to teach these refs how to use var. VAR is a machine that help the refs not the machine fault if refs misused it

We need an end of season ritual where referees and VAR officials who are in the top 3 or 5 of making the most incorrect decisions fight to the death in a permanent promotion/relegation battle royale to keep their jobs.

I could be on VAR's side if VAR wasn't a human judge. Even if the artificial intelligence decides everything, in which case the solutions would be consistent.

The solution for VAR is very simple now that semi-automated offsides are in. Simply use it as a corrective measure period. Whether the error is "clear and obvious" or not, remove that subjectivity and make it so that the rules are just the rules. The less subjectivity there is within the framework of how it can be applied, the harder it is for corruption to work.
