That was a very poor performance against the worst united team since LVG. Truly horrible. I'd take a thrashing from Liverpool or city over that that performance any day of the week. We seemed to drop 20 yards back after scoring each of our goals.

Everton are in poor form currently. Evertonians wants Rafa's head on a pike. Should be winning this easily but I think we'll take an early lead and the rise out the storm the rest of the game similar to the Leicester game.

Everton has been dire. I don't want to see that trademark cautious football. Let's go for the jugular.

Think Arteta will have to drop Auba. It's just criminal man management to continue playing him and letting take all the flak. This was one of wenger's best strength. He was extremely good at taking out his players from the firing line and taking the bullet for them.

Push Martinelli forward and play Laca behind him. But I don't think that would happen.

Think Lokonga will take his place beside Partey in midfield or we might see Tierney back for this.

Prediction: A drab, boring win

Everton 0-1 Arsenal

I swear if I hear one of the artetasexuals talk about how much Everton has spent after the match we exchanging hands. Don’t you dare build up this Everton team who are without DLC and Mina to injuries and Gylfie locked up for peado behaviour

I don’t see what Auba is offering that Gabigol won’t at this point. Let’s unleash him up front. With Saka and ESR either side of him that should terrorise Everton’s feeble back four.

White owes us a much better performance, we should reintroduce KT3 for a bit of solidity and I think we missed Lokonga’s inventive passing against Yanited.

We should win this.

Arteta isn’t in complete free fall, he’s just bang average. We won’t lose this game because a team that finishes 8th wins games like this.

It’s more when we come across any half-decent team that Mikel gets exposed.

This is a game where we make a statement. Everton are in disarray, their manager on the brink of being sacked, their fans about to throw their mints into the boardroom - go out and blitz them early and watch them crumble. That's what a strong and ruthless team would do.

Watching Arsenal these past 5 years, all logic says we won't win this match.

2 defeats in our last 3 games, still don't really play well away from home, all our rivals starting to win games, playing a team that hasn't won in ****ing ages...uhhh.

A win here could be massive, not cause Everton are great as they are pretty poor, but I feel this could be big for the squad on a psychological level.

United was the game where we SHOULD have made a statement. In actual fact , Arteta did make a statement in the United game. He showed us exactly how poor he is.

They spent £600m in the last 6/7 years, enough to build a decent squad, less than Arsenal though. They shouldn’t be where they are for sure, something’s seriously wrong.

Yeah so this is the new issue with spending money atrociously.

They’ve cycled through the DoFs and even though the owners want to keep spending they can’t because they’ve had windows like these. Even Rooney was on 300k

Maybe. I'd say a game against United at Old Trafford isn't easy and becomes harder after they've sacked and appointed a new manager. But a win there is certainly a bigger statement win but I'd say Everton is more likely and we should be aiming for a big win in this one.
