Odds were, the manager after Wenger was always going to be a stop gap. Emery is doing nothing to disprove this theory.

We are 4th, OK it seems almost in spite of Emery at times  but he’s not going anywhere this season and people need to dial down the hysteria. Not just hysteria here, but Arsenal fans in general.

We have some good defenders coming back. Pepe is looking a worry. Saka is really really good. Why the hell is Torreria so far forward all the time? Down the line, I think ultimately “the Xhaka issue” will cost this manager his job.

Might have been the worst advert for the Prem I have seen. Two fallen giants playing horrific football, awful refereeing, **** crowd, terrible commentary.

If Torreira ria had tucked away that beautiful cross and we won the game Emery would be hailed this morning as some kind of misunderstood genius :lol::lol:

Didn't see here much talk about this play. This is a red card all day long. Studs up follow through, a leg breaker.

You know AM, all things in moderation doesn’t apply. Players and managers are either GOAT or Sh!te and it changes from game to game.

It did look in the first-half as if they had a new Friend. That red card and a couple of clear yellows just after Chambers got his. In the second-half he was ok.

Emery was basically a janitorial appointment, to clean up the mess left behind by the previous establishment (on the pitch stuff only, thus allowing him to concentrate all his resources and focus on the football). However since April, he has started making a right mess of his own. Bottled two chances to secure CL last season. This season but for Aubameyang's stellar form, we'd be languishing in the bottom half right now. If performances don't improve, we'll be left floundering yet again come May.

Friend set out his stall early but only as far as one team was concerned. Didn't have the balls to follow through on it with united players until the pressure began to build.

Im just amazed manure didt get a penalty... What has the world come to
The officials did try and rob us of an excellent goal though, as usual. When you see how far Auba was on side, for me it’s a reflection of how much pressure the officials are under at that place.

Imagine if we’d had VAR in some of our matches. All those offside City goals that were allowed. One crazy one where a shot came in and Cech had it covered, but Silva in an offside position swung a boot at it, right in front of him, that put Cech off. But the ref didn’t think he was interfering with play. If he’d seen the replay on VAR, there would have been no question.
