Just ridiculous for any other club or fans to be outraged. Every club does exactly the same. We played by the rules of the day so why all the *****ing!
I could understand others clubs and their fans being upset with us if we were the first club to get a game postponed with a low number of covid cases or the first where afcon and injuries were largely the main cause. All the things people are getting angry about has been done before by others without any backlash.

We are expected to change our whole transfer plan just to get bodies in and stop loaning out unwanted players just in case we might need them, because of this we shouldn't be allowed to ask for postponements.....Burnley sell their striker (he had a release clause but they knew he was going yet didn't get anyone in) and loan out 2 players (Ok, they were U23 players...but that's the kind of players everyone is screaming for us to use) and promptly postpone another game. No uproar, no one questioning how many covid cases they have, no one accusing them of bad planning or that their problems are self caused. No one calling them cheats.

Leicester haven't played a PL game since 28th Dec. Apparently they have only 2 covid cases and like us their games have been postponed because they have too many players injured and at the afcon. Even so when the FA Cup came around last week, they were able to field a fairly strong team.

Again, didn't hear anyone go ballistic and demand that they be forced to play their league games if they can play the Cup games.

Wenger truly rattled these man. The invincibles season mentally broke most of them.

A French guy, revolutionizing their game, playing beautiful football and going unbeaten. The fear of The Arsenal becoming a powerhouse again.. They will make us pay for decades.

You say all this but he’s been sitting around for 2 years, another 4 months makes no difference. We’ve never cared about an unhappy AMN before.
Simply not true, he has had ups & downs.
Arteta has only been here 2 years. AMN was used towards the end of his 1st half season & went out on loan in Jan last season.
He has now been sent on loan again.

He has been a squad player who has not played as much as he wanted.

Thats All!

I am amused by the whole pundit class' outrage with Arsenal getting the NLD postponed. Was listening to the Guardian's Football Weekly podcast and once they got to the postponement and despite their weak assurances that they didn't single out Arsenal, it was clear that they really wanted to dump on Arsenal. That it was a form of "cowardice" etc. Even Max Rushden at the end let a **** slip through in his impotent rage. Where was all this outrage earlier? Nowhere to be ****ing seen!

PS. Is Lars Sivertsen the most annoying football journalist around? I struggle to think of anyone worse. What an absolute ****!

PPS. Looks like Rushden supports not just Cambridge United, but also Sp**s. Well, that explains everything.
