Silva is a fraud, goes missing in the big moments. Always steps up in small games though.

You can't be serious with that. The 08/09 Barcelona team was his only squad who conceded more than 30 league goals. His final two Bayern squads conceded 18 and 17 goals for crying out loud.

I don't disagree but even against small teams Silva had been a complete nonentity for a couple of seasons.

Again, I think it stems from West Ham, they completely nullified Sp**s. They switched to a back 3 (Collins, Reid, Fonte) who were monstrous in defence. Billic simply won the tactical battle.
