Have to shift the focus now, we have a job to do in the PL and can forget about the CL for now.

Probably need to freshen the team up a little here but we should be winning comfortably. We're CL finalists, go there with that confidence and we'll roll them over.

I need to bring this title home for everyone.

Also have a feeling that Brentford will be harder for City than most expect lol I watched their game last weekend vs West Ham and they were pretty dangerous going forward but didn’t really take some of their chances. Could be different on Saturday.

Feel Everton will be proper deflating for them.

I think they drop more points somewhere.

Conventional wisdom would say that Arteta will go for one goal and then park the bus. It is safer that way. That being said, I would greatly prefer it if we went for 3-4 goals against them to increase our goal difference.

We could unexpectedly draw one of our two matches, much like City unexpectedly drew against Everton. You never know when you are gonna have a day where you hit the woodwork 3 times and fail to score (knock on wood). It is too early to say we won't need goal difference to win the title.

It will be tight. Arteta ain’t gonna change. At some point we will drop off and defend deep. If we did it at wolves no reason why we wouldn’t do it. We still need city to drop points

West Ham are fighting relegation for a reason and that’s because they aren’t very good. We are in the final of the CL and clear at the top of the table we need to play like it and swipe them aside. First team playing high tempo attacking football they won’t be able to live with it. Put in a Fulham level performance and it’s done.

I suspect Bukayo Saka is under serious game time restrictions, and the way he has been limping off the pitch after recent games is not a good sign. He should probably be rested for the next two matches and let Madueke do what he was signed for.

Rice should also get a proper rest, while MLS gets some match fitness and rhythm.
They can be subbed off in the second half. Winning these next three games is absolute top priority. You don’t rest your best players now, you go all in and win the title.

Not sure how anyone else feels, but for me getting that PL title is more important than the CL. Its right there for us as well. CL can be the cherry on top once the real business is done.

It is, it would be really nice to go into the final with a PL trophy in your pocket. Can watch the CL final and consider it a nice bonus if we win

I’m still fuming at Everton blowing two goal lead. That 3-2 goal is the most pathetic defending I ever seen at this level

It was directly from the kick off, how the **** do you concede like that? Crazy.

There is no fans in Europe that prioritize national league over CL like England does. Being champions of PL just hits differently.
CL is more prestigious (and probably should be even more so for Arsenal since we've never won it), but when you watch your team battle in the PL week after week you know how hard it is to win. It's the bigger test as there is no hiding behind luck of the draw or anything like that. Have to be consistently good for 9 months.

I honestly say we keep the same XI and keep the momentum going. The beauty is we have such a strong bench we can make plenty of changes to stave off fatigue.

I don't want to break up the Cala x Trossard partnership which if finally back, and in form too.

Yes, but lets be fair if we have Ødegaard and Eze they have to START together.

Biggest factor is that they can still get a double on their own to see out Guardiola.

Not reading much into Everton tbh it was just a Guehi mistake that Everton fully capitalized on. It showed why Khusanov is still a work in progress but before that the game looked like a routine win for City.

It’s always been the PL for me. We NEED to get this monkey off our back. Then I’m sure we’ll collect several other trophies over the next few years.

Heading into the CL final with the PL in our bag would be massive. Would relieve a lot of pressure as PSG are clear favourites anyway.

Arsenal Quotes

Thierry Henry was very quick at analysing everything that was going on and how he needed to react. This intelligence, this capacity to evaluate, understand and question oneself, is also the mark of great players... For everyone, for the fans and for us, he symbolised the golden age of Arsenal.
