We never have an extra man in the final third. We never move the ball in transition so we have the extra man to pass to. We give Pepe and Martinelli the ball in our half with 3 men to beat.

To me it's so obvious Xhaka and Torerria are the issue.

Arsenal FC is a mess. Lots of people in different roles losing with the team/set up losing basic fundamentals. Emery has ****ed this team. Pepe doesnt play arsenal state of play with his poor passing and vision. He may dribble past all the **** players in the french league and score but that isnt gonna work in the PL. Since our wage budget is ****ed with Özil and transfer budget with pepe we are going to need an a class manager to scrape top 6

Problems lie deeper than playing people out of position it seems then. Absolute no intensity, we will come out and have a good first 20 minutes of the second half. Until the players natural mindset of not giving a **** takes over again and they return to feeble nothingness.

Worse thing is the attitude problem is systemic, the older players poor attitude is definitely rubbing off on the youngsters and new faces. Short of getting the hardest bastard of a manager you’ve ever seen or an entire new squad I donno how you sort it

In terms of who’s been the most useless in midfield I’d definitely say Xhaka. Wouldn’t mind Guendouzi in his place. At least he could turn and drive the ball up field. We’re not going to get it up there with Xhaka this game. Absolutly useless.
