Let's start updating this as the season unfolds, keeping tabs on the closest competitors too.

Leicester City become Leeds United
Ipswich Town become Burnley
Southampton become Sunderland

As of Mar 04, 2026 - Final expected points: 84 (+10)

Round-up:

Not much to say, it's looking like we're ****ing it up again. We're below City in the projected table again.

Next up:

Manchester City - Newcastle United:
15 Feb 2025 — Omar Marmoush scored a 14-minute hat-trick as Manchester City dispatched Newcastle United 4-0 to return to winning ways in the Premier League.
Sp**s - Arsenal: 15 Sept 2024 — Gabriel Magalhaes scored the decisive goal as Arsenal got back to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
After 1st half of season I was confident we gonna finish season with 90+ points however after last few weeks I doubt we can even reach 80.

13 points from possible 24 is midtable form we drawing too many games and these draws feel like a loss you not drawing against Liverpool or city or against tough clubs away we drawing against Nottingham and Wolves teams that fighting relegation.

82 pts is very disappointing with this squad, a clear underachievement. Despite having a striker not suited to us, you have to say we should have been looking to push to 90pts and beat our previous 89pts but we are going to be well short of that.

I think we end with 77. We are dropping matches even when we score 2. The next 10 days pretty much confirms what I think

Round-up:

City are very slowly getting their PPG up, they're creeping up to the 80 point line. Meanwhile we are still a little behind in the projected table. Proper title race.

Next up:

Leeds United (Leicester City) - Manchester City:
29 Dec 2024 — Savinho and Erling Haaland scored the goals as Manchester City got back to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory at Leicester City.
Arsenal - Chelsea: 16 Mar 2025 — Mikel Merino's first-half header proved the difference as Arsenal strengthened their grip on second place in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over rivals Chelsea.

Both teams won their respective games last year, let's see if Leeds can do anything at home like they did against every other top team besides us.

Round-up:

City are finally back at the 80 point PPG, they're getting better. We are still behind in the projected table too, but we just had two difficult London derbies and came out unscathed.

Next up:

Manchester City - Nottingham Forest:
4 Dec 2024 — Manchester City won for the first time in eight matches across all competitions, as they produced an assured 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at the Etihad.
Brighton - Arsenal: 4 Jan 2025 — Arsenal missed the chance to go within three points of Premier League leaders Liverpool as Joao Pedro’s second-half penalty saw them held to a 1-1 draw by Brighton & Hove Albion.

Big chance for us to improve, it's a must win game again.

Artisan

Not Emery's Old Pal
Next four games are the only remaining games to earn more points than last season. I don't see us winning every game in the last five and I don't see us winning at City, so we really need to to be winning the next three fixtures. At worst a win against Bournemouth and a win and a draw against Brighton and Everton. Anything worse than that and we might as well start concentrating on the other competitions.

Looking at City's corresponding fixture from last season, I think they won all of them except 2. So there really isn't much room left for them to gain points on last season and unless they go on an all-timer run of form they should soon start dropping some gained points on the projected table.

This season will be a race to around 85 points to win it. We've got a good chance.

Another chance to open up the gap. Hopefully we do it with haramball again to annoy the **** out of everyone.

Next two gameweeks will decide a huge portion of how the season ends...

Arsenal play Everton and Bournemouth at home, City play West Ham and Chelsea away..

Win our next two home games, and unless City win both away games, I think we'll have it in the bag..

City are also facing Real Madrid twice in between those two PL games

As for the prognosis above...82 points won't win a league, 85 will
