What is it with Liverpool managers and teeth whitening?
First Brendao, now Klopp.
First Brendao, now Klopp.
SMH.He has been bad though, and it's not because his midfielder partners aren't at the level he was used to at Arsenal. Heck, some of the other midfielders have put in a better performance than he has. And Jack isn't good enough to be given special privilege or to build a team around.
Jack needs to remember why he was hyped as a youngster and play with that same passion if he wants his career to not end in mediocrity.
Didn't we still break even though? It is more ambition to have a near 100mil netspend, whether they managed to spend it well or not is kind of a moot point in that regard since we are discussing their ambition and not their competence.Irrelevant. Imagine being envious of mid table teams spending big on average players, when we spent £60m and £200k a week on Auba not long ago.
I guess this is the season where teams are just gonna roll over for Liverpool and the referees are gonna give them offside goals and penalties left and right.
All down to Rodgers mate.Klopp didn't do anything to improve this squad.
Would say Rodgers laid the foundation, but money has taken Liverpool so far.
Looking at Liverpool points in the league last two years you can see Klopp has been holding them back!
Was a sentimental attachment due to him being a London boy coming up through the ranks
I think you can criticise Kroenke’s lack of ambition without using Fulham and West Ham as a stick to beat him with since their aims are different. If it was Liverpool or Tottenham spending that kind of money then I’d agree.Didn't we still break even though? It is more ambition to have a near 100mil netspend, whether they managed to spend it well or not is kind of a moot point in that regard since we are discussing their ambition and not their competence.
That's it exactly. But there's no room for sentiment when you're trying to get back into the top 4.
he is a football person.Klopp is so annoying.
Is he going to hug every single player again after the final whistle?
I don't disagree with this completely but it also goes back to what I first said: his midfield partners are ****... They have no athleticism and defensive awareness. Rice has no discipline (still learning the trade) and why West Ham continues with Noble is beyond me - everybody knows how ****e he is.
I just don't think Jack is as bad as what some are saying. He hasn't had the greatest game, but the set up of the team, nor the kinds of players surrounding him, play to his strengths at all. To be honest, he probably shouldn't even had started this game given the one-sidedness it was going to be. Wilshere was going to have zero time on the ball, which is what he needs to excel.
