Isn’t this technically 35?

Anyway I think with the midweek games there’s two games of the week.

First up Cardiff vs Liverpool. Whilst it’s not the glamour match of the weekend like tomorrow lunchtime this game could be a massive game in the title run in.

On paper Pool should give Cardiff a battering, they’ve got a Championship level team and Pool have won every game they’ve played since March 3rd.

However with Cardiff’s huge six pointer result against Brighton midweek they are in with a fantastic shot at survival. They’ve been much more competitive in recent weeks with Warnock hitting on a 4-5-1 with Niasse as a hard working striker with Camarasa pulling strings as a number 10.

Having started the key players mid week vs Porto even with an extra day of rest this is a potential banana skin.

Other game is the Manchester Derby. This will probably be a must win for both teams, if they fail to win against Sp**s on Saturday and here that’s probably curtains for City.

Utd meanwhile are in the worst position of the top six in terms of getting CL football next year. Tough fixtures and a squad who’s dropped a level in performance.

Solskjaer has done very well in big games by stacking the midfield and using a combo out of Martial, Lukaku and Rashford on the counter, you wonder if that could be on against City who’ve looked vulnerable all season to teams in the low block who can break quickly.

Considering there’s no CL football now we can safely assume that Aguero and Sterling will be playing in every single game from here on out, interesting to see how this City team responds.

F*ck me, if we just win our next two games, imo we'll have CL football. Seriously think we can do both.

City will beat Sp uds, maybe even spank them as revenge for the CL, which makes the Manchester derby crucial for both, especially if Manu drop points (as I expect they will) against Everton. I imagine Manu will try and rise to the occasion and might sneak a draw. No problem for us there. if they drop five points and we beat Palace we'll probably only need five points from our last four games to finish above them.

Wow, Sp**s really could throw away there CL spot away for a chance to win it. Damn this season could fully end up amazing or the worst in years.

Sp**s won't end up winning the CL not against Liverpool or barca they got lucky with city because city made mistakes barca and Liverpool won't do that let them get past Ajax first

As long as they think they can it'll give us a helping hand in top 4. Never say never though. We've seen weirder things happen in footy.

Yes nothing impossible but would be funny to see Sp**s bottle it still they are the favourites to end up 3rd because the fixture list is easy

Graham Souness just completely got the wrong end of the stick after a good point made by the women on sky sports.

Kyle Walker admitting that VAR was the correct decision, I like it, seems like a good bloke.

Wtf is that Spuds team.
A calculated gamble. He reckons he can get away with one loss and still probably get 3rd and he'd rather take that loss in a game which they would likely lose anyway.

His reasoning is understandable but it could be undone if they have another slip (Bournemouth away looks like the likely candidate, sandwiched between the two Ajax games) and two of the pursuing three teams end up strongly. In which case it's back to the Europa League for them next season and we will soon be celebrating St. Totteringham's Day.
